If you have break points you can utilize the "Generate Table of Contents" and "Use outlines" on the page mode. It gives you the bookmarks to help the user. Dan

Karen Karen, Have you tried to print the entire batch, first as the PDF file with "OPTION PDF", and then print the pdf file? That should give you an alternative option to handle printer issues.
