Oh, how I wish I could think outside the box with this client...
This is the client that told me 5 years ago that RBase would
be wiped clean from their organization, because it was to be
replaced with a multi-million$ custom app.  The fact that RBase
has survived and is actively used as an adjunct to this other
program is a fact they choose to ignore.  They very reluctantly pay 
me to make changes to the programs, haven't renewed my contract
in those 5 years because they don't want to admit that I am
still being used ...  No way could my contact there get permission
for me to create a run-time app, distribute the app to dozens of 
countries.   Trust me, ain't gonna happen.   BTW:  this is still in
6.5...  Everything I do for them has to be low-profile and on the cheap 
otherwise they will dump RBase altogether.  I hold out hope that 
someday I can talk this department into upgrading to 7.6.
