I use Mozypro. I like this because it is off site and takes advantage of
our T1. It does backup 2 times a day and seems to do a good job. I have
a 3 batch files that I run using xcopy in them. 1 I run daily and 2 I
run biweekly. This way I always have a daily update and I can go back 2
weeks if needed on a local computer. I did the tape thing for may years
and found them to unreliable, you just never knew when that tape is
going to go bad on you. I have thought about adding a third system and
try carbonite

If you don't mind the lack of centralized control, or the ability to
operate a tape drive, Cobain backup works well and is free.
