Joan, As Mike says only 64 provides this facility. I have an On Close Designer EEP which I use to update the Comment field with the time and date and any comments regarding the report. (Others on the list have similar EEPs I believe - if you want to try my version I am happy to send it to you. I also have one for Forms.)
