I hope this can be incorporated in an update for us 32 bit Windows users. I thought it was there when it showed up on the Database explorer when we choose our database. I do notice, however, that it shows a time but only MM/DD/YYYY instead of the date.

Yes, you CAN keep track of all versions (Date/Time, Version)
of Forms, Reports, Labels, and Stored Procedures. However,
that cool option is only available in R:BASE eXtreme 9.0 (64)
and R:BASE eXtreme 9.1 (64).
