Dear Mike;
Check to make sure that you do not have anything in the "Picture Format"
box in the field properties.
This is a carryover from DOS, which means that you probably have some
form of coding on the field, or defined in a variable on the form/report.
Usually,
hard coded printer control codes left as variables will be the cause.
Also, check the character settings of the database. Simply type SHOW CHAR
at the R> when connected to the database. Make sure that your BLANK
setting is a blank space.
