1. Highlight all columns and rows (without header information)

2. Save As CSV file

Then,

Using The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) for Windows:

LOAD Tablename FROM CSVFileName.CSV AS CSV

Make sure that ALL values for each column match the data type 
accordingly.
