Actually, my startup is a little more extensive.  Other than checking
whether Autochk, Reload, or Internal Backup is Due, a VBScript Runs to check
that the directory structure that the DB relies on is intact and if All
required support files therein are present, If not, they are restored from
VarChar data in the DB.  Also checked is if the directory that the
Environment Variable "Temp" is where it is pointed and if not, is
