As I'm sure it was asked, what was RBTI's response to the Q, "When will it
be available?"

I must assume that this is on everybody's mind.  As f/me, I'm willin' to be
patient, vis-a-vis the removal of bugs, the existence of good documentation,
etc.  Nevertheless, the appearance of v7 is such that I am considering
limiting certain implementation aspects of some current projects as I think
(and hope) that v7 will make those pieces (mostly User I/F stuff) easier.
