ZIP COMMAND in windows R:Base

Hello,

New issue. I'll attempt to break up the file for GATEWAY using csplit... I need to run the program like this:

csplit.exe -k trkdata\msi\tra.txt 60000 {99} -f trkdata\msi\msitrx

I've noticed that ZIP COMMAND /C [batch file] apparently does not work in the windows R:Base. In the DOS version of R:Base, I'd output a dos command with parameters to a .bat file and run the .bat file with an R:base ZIP command. Any workarounds?
