This is what it does:
Converts SQL server BCP TAB delimited file. to R:Base LOAD AS ASCII file. <br> in text is converted to ^
'Quotes are single quote and seperator a comma. Quotes in text columns are sorted, i.e an extra one is added.
There is no user interface, just a progress bar and interaction on parameter errors. It takes 2 parameters in and out.
