I would add that they should keep a complete copy of their website, and indeed, all their company data, on tape/CD and in a bank vault, fireproof and offsite. All mission critical information should have a complete backup plan, including plans for disaster recovery. Mr. Murphy, assisted by hackers, can be a very expensive problem.
