Thanks Brian, Albert, Mike for suggestions. Yes, on the penny wise, pound foolish approach to backup, I was explaining to a customer that it's OK to write a backup to a CD-R even though it's just a 20MB data base. And, of course, they were concerned about wasting 680MB of perfectly good storage space. At 35 cents a CD, someday you'll be glad you "wasted" a bunch of them.
