www.byerley.net/LoadBigFile.zip An RB7 form with Listbox and simple code to load the contents of the file called BigFile.LFF. Put the BigFile.LFF file in the same directory of the DB that you import the RB7 Form into.
The Form requires table Dummy. Just run the form and it loads 41890 cities and zipcodes in just a couple of seconds. The file was created using output to file, and some Formatting Functions to create the alignment of the text in the listbox as shown. The Select to create the file was only a couple of seconds, so the whole thing was under 5 seconds..
