I'm not much of a mechanic. If I want to convert my Atlantis so that I only have one chainring in front, can I do it with my current Sugino crank? Do I just remove the other chainrings and the derailleur? The reason I'd want to do this is that I mainly ride my Atlantis as a city bike and I'd love to be able to put a chain guard on.
