Oh! One more thing, and I'll shut up: one last wonderful thing about my setup is how my arms and hands are unburdened. I ride without gloves (except in cold weather) and -- on the Motobecane -- have not gotten around to replacing the innertube on the bars with real bar tape (the Rivs use one layer of syntho-cork). IOW, no padding. But my hands are fine, and again, the feel of the position -- butt back and slanted, hands lightly on bars -- is wonderful.
