Your Carmina, their appears to be two versions, one with both sides of the arms anodized, the other with a bead blasted interior arm. Which is yours? . . as apparently they take different BB's according to Peter White. What was the BB length before you ran into the clearance problem of the RF ring? Your 119 Phil BB, by centered do you mean it's symmetrical? In regards to the FD, with a 46t ring, the vintage Deore I have has plenty of room left to drop.
