You mentioned getting upright like a dutch bike. I don't know if that will
solve the problem, but if that is what you want, I would think your Betty
could easily be set up that way.

To get yourself sitting bolt upright, with all your weight on your behind
and your trunk vertical, you need to get your bars *up and back*, so your
hands come up and back, closer to your trunk.
You can do this with a shorter stem extension that has a high rise quill to
it, like a 7cm or 8cm* extension* Technomic or Tallux stem, and set it at
maximum height.
Also, you can use *Albatross bars or Bosco bars* with that stem. These bars
have a lot of rise, to get you higher, as well as a lot of sweep back, to
get the hands closer to your trunk. Bosco has the most, I think.

Then, you can sit bolt upright while riding. So get the bars up and back
towards you.
That's how I got that position on my Sam when I had Albas on it. I used an
8cm extension Tallux with Albas and it handled great, and allowed me to sit
totally upright.

Let us know how it goes. I will pray for you. I hope you feel better soon.
God bless you, Cecily!
