I'd be running 46/30 if I could. Instead I'm running 46/34 and love it
with a 12/28 cassette (8spd) in the back. That's on my Rambouillet. My
Hilsen has a triple with a Sheldon Brown century special cassette
which I think is 13/30 (8spd). I'll probably put a double on the
Hilsen sometime soon. Most likely a Sugino Alpina. But enough about
me. Swap that stuff around on your bike and tell how fantastic it is.
