I bought a VO Pass Hunter for my daughter's V-brake bike. I ended up
having to cut and re-weld the mounting stays to get the right clearance and
rack angle. Finish is nice, but it's not Nitto. It worked out, but if I
had looked closer into it beforehand, would have probably have bought the
Compass Grand Bois Wide Tire rack.
The VO Constructeur is the one with fender attachment built in.

You know I'm happy with my Nitto M-18 (essentially Mark's rack without the
side lugs), and think the Nitto stay attachment design makes it the most
versatile.

The Bertaud has nice adjustments built in and . It would never have worked
for me, but the dimensions and fastener points are right for you, it's
worth looking at. I'm definitely a fan of the Bertaud decaleur (which I
use with my Nitto front rack).
