Ok. Seems like the usual locations for bottle cages on the down and seat tubes do that, but once those spaces are taken finding someplace for another say gallon and a half on a small or medium size bike presents some challenges. I suppose you can put containers in the bottom of a pannier but thats not very convenient for access.
