Have they gotten more obnoxious since then, or have I just become sensitized to them from not having them?
There is a lot less money being spent of televised ads. Production quality is way down. Big money is in the cinema spots that then morph over to Youtube - apparently there are people who actually search for and watch ads on Youtube.
