I'm interested in other's experience with bigger tires on the original Bomba as well. FWIW, I've got the 650b x 2.0 quasi-Motos that have a true measurement of about 51.5mm wide. There is about 7mm of clearance everywhere except the seat stay bridge with is only about 4mm. Looks like I might be able to squeeze in a true to size 2.1"/54mm tire, but it might be a little tight.
