A post like this breaks no rules at all.  Very very few posts ever get 
deleted from this board.  All people care about is that there is at least 
some kind of Riv content, no matter how tangential.  Trying to raise funds 
to buy a Rivendell is totally Riv-content.  I do encourage you to post a 
few photos and state a price, but that's just a suggestion.  Some other 
boards more strictly insist that you clearly state a price, to discourage 
people fishing.  It sounds like your main goal is to trade, but maybe 
somebody will want to pay your price?
