Of those three, I'd prefer the Panaracer gravel kings.

The 700 x 32 size comes in slick and semi-knobby (with the SK nomenclature)
versions. I have the 32 SKs on my Roadeo (I found them on sale) and they
ride great. I'd choose the slicks for pavement use, and the SKs if you do
occasional gravel/dirt.

The gravel kings seem to have a good compromise; they have similar puncture
protection as the other choices you listed, but a more supple casing for a
faster ride.

I'm not a fan of Paselas because I believe their tread picks up glass
shards. My Lierre tires (similar-depth tread) were terrible about
punctures from glass shards, where my slick Pari-Motos get far fewer flats
on the same roads. My girlfriend's dad has 32 mm Pasela PTs on his bike,
and he gets a fair number of flats from glass punctures as well.

Cheers,
Tim
