I was given the handle by Walnut Studios in Portland and was very impressed with their quality and service. I did end up returning it only because it conflicted with the seat tube water bottle cage on my 56 Hillborne. If you're willing to give up a cage, it's a great product and they are nice little musa company. A rigid lift-a-tube would be definitely be superior because of handle diameter, rigidity and solid bike attachment. If you needed a nice back up plan, I'd recommend considering Walnut Studio's lift handle for those "lesser" bikes.
