I think this is a great opportunity to get to know one of your other bikes better. Both the Hunq and the Roadeo would be great fun in Boulder. We have so many options for different types of rides including mixed terrain pavement/dirt road/soft-surface trail routes. I would maybe prioritize the Hunq if you are more interested in dirt and trails and the Roadeo if you are more interested in distance and/or climbing and then the Hunq again if you want climbing on dirt roads. Fenders are generally not necessary here or likely in Moab.
