That's a flat-out steal, Pudge FWIW my custom was app. 6000 US (frame and components) and while I had RBW build it with top-notch components and I'm happy with the bike and the build , it is certainly not as eclectic as your Wilbury. I wonder if the wooden wheels are giving folks pause, though
