On my Homer, I have the light on the left and run the wire up and through
the Mark's rack and down the other side.
>From the light, the wire goes
up to and over the front of the left rear support
down and under the left edge of the rack
diagonally through the rack to the front of the right rear support
up and over the right rear support
down and through a zip tie just above the fork rack mount
down the fork and through another zip tie at the bottom of the fork
and then into the dyno connection

 I haven't used it enough to know whether it is a good setup or not.
