One other thing to consider and it may have already been mentioned. If you go with two sets of wheels, consider having the width of the rims very close or the same as each other. If you have to completely readjust your brakes every time you make a wheel swap, you won't be as likely to get all the added utility that "one" bike was intended to offer.
