Not sure. I am a few hours south of Beacon by bicycle so it is not my everyday stomping ground. But I was thinking a 45-ish mile loop, maybe originating at Bryan's shop, ending at one of the Kingston eateries down by the waterfront. Anybody have a route in that area? Bryan, have you explored much? Maybe a spin up into the lower Catskills? If not, happy to host a Riv ride from lovely Beacon that could include some dirt, challenging climbs, and great French Toast.
