I didn't realize the hub area rack used the upper eyelets. That seems to be almost exactly what I want, except it uses upper mounting points, not traditional low rider mounts placement. That said, I could have them added (I'm going to have some mods done on the frame in question).
I like the VO Campeur rack, but want the ability to quickly remove or add the lowriders, and I don't want the upper platform as I occasionally need to put the bike on the front rack of a city bus. The other Nitto rack does have easily removed low riders, but has the unneccesary (for me) upper platform.
