Thanks Mark. considering I already have the R14 and 32f I’ll likely stick with those anyway but good to know about the surly. The nice rack also requires a little creative manipulation on the 700c Clem/Hunq fork with the high midfork mounts but still works. I think that rack is a better fit on 650 Riv forks though if I remember seeing that me ruined somewhere correctly.
