While super capable of much more (ie actual single track, touring) the Clem is at heart a super and tough cruiser. It'll do that other stuff happily but It would rather take you to a coffee shop with your dog loaded up front (14 lb mini aussie) down a dirt path to a creek with a hammock, lunch and book or home from the farmers market with a couple days worth of groceries. It is a utilitarian bike first, but it can and does do so much more. I love my Clem.
