I put reflective tape on my rims and cranks, and I have a rear tail light that has a reflector built in (Spanninga Dyno tailight). I also have a J&G rain jacket with reflective material on wrists and back. Check to be sure your reflective material stays reflective when wet. Some don't. Not sure if mine does.
