Sorry, again, to clarify more fully: Box of 12 bottles. Want to plunk on top of rack and strap down somehow without bothering with other bag -- have 2 panniers already. Heck, have 4 panniers and 2 remaining Carradices.
I thought of a net, and I've owned one, but it wasn't taut enough to hold a box firmly. Suggestions for *good* bungees? Otherwise, the Irish strap. (Only, now it's the Bulgarian strap, apparently.)
