32 Cypres narrowest I used. 28 might look funny in such a wide fork of a 650b bike. Plus, the height of the bb would probably drop alot. I noticed when I switched from 42 Hetres to 32 650b Cypres, the bike looked like it shrunk. But I liked it!! Rode great. 28's would make it look really low.
