So, yes, it's a small road bike that happens to have 650b wheels. I have 
had 650c wheels as well on another bike... and there aren't a ton of 
options there either. It's almost the opposite problem though. One can find 
narrower 650c tires, but finding wider ones becomes more of a challenge. My 
initial question was really more out of curiosity... an "if I should ever" 
type of wondering. The 32mm ones work fine, but I know when I'd looked it 
was about the narrowest available, so was curious if anyone had tried 
something narrower on a 650b wheelset.
