My Appaloosa (55cm) with fenders, front Mark's Rack and rear pannier rack, 
three water bottle cages and two semi-full bottles, frame pump, bell, and 
mirror, B-17 saddle, Gilles Berthoud front bag (with snacks, spare jersey, 
spare tube, tire levers, spare rechargeable light,and Crank-Brothers 
lightweight tool set), Silver triple crank, M-520 pedals, drop bar with 
cotton tape (Newbaum's, bright red) and three coats of shellac (amber), 
front and rear dynamo lights, SP dynamo hub, 36 spoke wheels, Cliffhanger 
rims, and WTB Riddler 700 x 45 tires (tubeless) weighs 41.0 pounds, as 
measured with the weigh-each-end-on-the-bathroom-scale method. Removing the 
pump, bag (and contents) and bottles to comply with the OP's stipulation 
reduces the weight to 33.5 pounds.
