I bought an old, beat up Speed 7 from ebay during a boring moment in last
year's Superbowl (there were many IIRC). New tires (Tioga Powerblocks)
really transformed it from a drag to ride into something fun. Then new
brakes, fenders, seat, front rack, handlebars, etc.

I just picked up a used Bike Friday Silk, but so far I prefer my Dahon. It
feels quite a bit livelier. Maybe due to the internal gear hub in the BF.
Anyway, I currently have a bunch more Dahon hop up parts in my Aliexpress
cart that I'm thinking about (new stempost, handlebar clamp, wheels, etc).
It's a fun bike.
