Rich - I talked my girlfriend into dropping me off in Nashville (we got an
AirBnB not far from the trace the night before I left). We met back up in
Natchez where a few of our friends live. I did the ride in 5 days, which is
about as many nights in a row that I want to camp these days. Plenty of
good quiet places to hang a hammock, didn't seem to really matter if they
were designated as "camp sites" or not. Would have been happy to add a
night and break it up with a log cabin stay in French Camp, in retrospect.
I realize that's not much of a tip in terms of accommodations, but it is a
convenient arrangement if you can swing it...

Paul - nice pics, looks like a fun crew. I rode right past French Camp
thinking I might regret that decision and now I really do!
