Roberta, that's a Grant mantra going back to the Bridgestone catalogues: A 10-minute ride is always a good idea. I try to remember this, and sometimes when I have no time at all to ride I'll grab the bike and do a couple laps around my condo building. Just to get outside and push the pedals and say "I'm out here on a bike!"
