I'd take this topic in a different direction. In an e-mail post from Riv
today, while hoping for the best in the future for those financially
impacted by the public shut-downs, Will discussed the sort of positive
effects - lesser vehicle traffic on favorite routes, etc. My property
backs up to a large public park and instead of what I would normally be
seeing this time of year - parents standing along the sidelines of soccer
fields with their designer stainless coffee mugs filled with Starbucks,
their noses planted in their smart phones - what I'm seeing this Spring is
some of those same parents out in the park actually playing with their
children. In that regard, it's a refreshing thing to see.
