I should have mentioned which bike and bars and derailers: Cheviot 60cm Tosco 55cm bars. The shifters are mounted low (near the flat section of the handlebars where the stem attaches).
Front derailer: Shimano RX100 double (old, same pull as most others), probably FD-A551 model. Rear derailer: SRAM GX 10 speed (but with a cable pull modifier from jtek) Front shifter: Sunrace M90, original shift lever. Rear shifter: Sunrace M90, Silver2 shifter (upside down / on the right side but made for the front/left). Fun note: I got the old M90 shifter mount to work for now by taking installing a slightly longer bolt and it just punched through the aluminum mount and is holding nicely ... for now.
