It appears there are still large size Crust Florida Man framesets in stock. I run one of those as my 'commuter' in flattish Wayne County Michigan, where I travel for work several times a year. Last month I did a fixed 200k on it with Detroit Randonneurs. I love the bike. I run the Large-58 with my 75.5cm SH.
