Joe, Funny you say that...I just decided not to mess with the shifters. I don't want the hassle of grinding off the tab on the shimano pods, and I don't want to buy new Silver pods AND shifters when I have perfectly working shifting as is for the sake of a slightly "blingy-er" cockpit.
