At first it sounds like a Billie would do the trick but then you say it's 
not a 'fun stuff' bar. For less flare I would recommend the Riv Nitto Wavie 
or Velo-Orange Postino..both 25.4, both in stock. I don't know if they'll 
hit the reach-back spot, though, you may need the Billie for that.
