It's interesting that on Riv's Custom page they offer a chainstay slap 
guard for a $50.00 upcharge...but don't think it's really required.

Looked at my 3 Rivendells...and nope, nothing to see there. I don't recall 
this option ever coming up on my last two customs...and I'm not fussing 
about it too much.

So, Joe, did you have to request the 3M wrapping specifically?
