Toshi: This is interesting. My Roadeo was sold as a 57 (center of bb to top of seat lug) but measures 55 c-c; it has a 56.6 or 57 cm effective top tube.
My Ram was a 58 c-c, IIRC, and it too had a 57 cm top tube. I was able to set up the Roadeo very much like I did the Ram, as to contact points, which over the decades I’ve pretty much standardized for all my bikes, and both bikes fit very like each other, hoods and hooks in particular. And yes, my impression is that the Roadeo “turns in” more quickly than the Ram did.
