Here's why I ask? I'm thinking about some new (4) wheels, and would like to be able to keep the bike inside at times in the event of rain, theft-prevention etc. Thinking of maybe outfitting a Jeep Wrangler w/ a floor-mounted fork mount-just back the bike in, tighten the QR, slide the wheel in next to it....
